Received approval from the Directorate General of Sea Transportation – Ministry of Transportation as an organizer of seafarer special skills education and training institutions with a competency-based curriculum.

Maintains and Monitors the Quality of Instructor

Seaman Jaya Maritime Training Center maintains and monitors the quality of human resources of educators and education through evaluation, development, teaching load, and teacher to student ratio.

  • Evaluation: judging from the performance of teaching / functions in training services, attendance, input from participants.
  • Development: through educator/education/new employee orientation, scholarship programs, training and competency improvement programs.
  • Educator / teacher load: ensure a maximum teaching load of 40 hours / week with a maximum accumulation of 8 hours / day.
  • The ratio of learning in the classroom to the maximum of teachers and training participants 1: 24

Seaman Jaya Maritime Training Center has Human Resources (HR) consisting of qualified educators and education staff through the process of admission, selection, evaluation to be adjusted to occupy their positions / functions and responsibilities and ensure that the benefits obtained by human resources are well received. This can be seen in the employee/educator and education data stored and maintained by the HRD/GA department. Seaman Jaya Maritime Training Center also ensures that the people in office are competent based on the suitability of education, training, or experience.

Dengan hormat kami sampaikan pengumuman tentang biaya diklat kepelautan di lingkungan Seaman Jaya MTC Cirebon.
1. Diskon program PAKET DIKLAT BULAN BERKAH SEAMAN JAYA MTC berlaku sejak tanggal 06 Februari 2026.
2. Biaya diklat sudah meliputi:
    a. Penginapan selama diklat
    b. Coffee break 2x / hari
